When participating in fancy

When participating in fancy wigs dress or theme parties, it is never easy to find the best costume that will stand out from other guests. While the choice of a particular character can be interesting, but only insofar as it really makes the skin of the star in question. To this end, we recommend the wearing of wigs. It should be noted that a costume is only complete when accompanied by the right wig.

Excellent game! Random things

Excellent game!

Random things that come to my mind:
1) add option to change CPU names
2) add F1 track pack
3) TRACK EDITOR!! (would be awesome!)

intuitive. that was the

intuitive.
that was the absolute first word to come to mind, as I fired up the demo and tried it out for a couple of minutes
I needed only to play for about 10-15 minutes, before I realized that this game needed my money

if you've ever played any of the old top-down racing games for the older consoles/computer/arcades - then this view will make you feel right at home

it took a while to understand that this was in fact a "one-button-only" game
just like those race-tracks some of us had as kids (Scalextric was merely the most popular brand, there were others), where you'd race a car on a plastic race-track, you built yourself, powered with electricity and connected to a "joystick", with no more than one button

you push the button to make the car accelerate
let go of it, in order for it to slow down

and in the exact same way that you intuitively knew how to do this on your plastic race-track, as will you quickly get a hang of how to do it in Microsprint

after about an hour worth of gameplay, everything becomes second nature with the control
you learn when to let go of the accelerator, in order to drive smoothly into a turn, as well as when to speed up, in order to get as big a boost as possible, whilst going out of said turn

the tracks all seem to be perfectly calculated concerning difficulty and you will feel right at home, finding your favorite track(s), which you will excel in

the addition of adjusting your "wing", as well as amount of pit-stops, adds a seemingly small amount of strategy to the gameplay, but make no mistake - these adjustments make for some real fine-tuning in how you compete in the various races

the difference is not as game-changing, as perhaps some of the more "advanced" racers out there, but this is in no way a "realistic car-sim", but what it does add is rather a fine-tuned touch difference in how the various races play out - just enough to make you want to find the perfect combination for each track

the A.I. is one of the strong points of this game - at no time have I felt "cheated", due to the A.I. making some sort of fancy move, or using any kind of "catch-up" feature

the times that I do run into walls, etc. I know is nobody's fault, but my own
of course, you can collide with another car, thus being pushed into a wall, etc. but it feels completely "natural" in it's behavior

I've yet to try this out with friends, but considering the simplicity of the controls, I am most certain that this is a game you could play with just about any friend/family member, without them being experienced in either racing, nor gaming - due to the (as first mentioned) the intuitive controls, as well as the tracks themselves

this is one of those gems of Indie-gaming, which deserve a place in the spotlight, since it so perfectly fits all things that make a racing game *fun*, without adding too much difficulty in approach for newcomers

I highly recommend this, to just about anyone interested in gaming, in general, since it feels like a perfect relief from everyday stress, as well as hardcore gaming
it's easy to pick up and play and one can get lost for (an) hour(s) at the time, or just for a few minutes, and always feel a sense of progression and accomplishment, since there's always some fine-tuning to be done regarding the strategy and how to handle each specific track

10/10, without the slightest doubt
